The Captain's Secret Daughter

I was excited to listen to this after the first two in the series. Finally finding out what really happened to the Captain’s wife and why she betrayed the entire ship. The story led the listener on a bit of a chase to find out who Dara really is. A lot more unfolded in this story for action and intrique. The author managed to even sneak in parts of the Space Gypsy series into this story. It was a nice surprise once it dawned on me. However, if you haven’t read that series, don’t worry, you won’t be lost. Logan McAllister a great job with the different voices and intonations. From male, female, child, to computer – he did them all smoothly. I was entranced in the story from the start with his narration.

This was a great second chance story! Full of suspense, action, and in outer space, and none of it diminished how much our hero and heroine still had deep feelings for each other. As much as they fought it, it was futile. But the things kept happening, and somehow that only deepened their feelings and brought them closer together. Wonderfully narrated it kept me completely enthralled with the story!
