I highly recommend this audiobook for various reasons. I discovered a lot just by soaking all of it up. The info was excellent, particularly if you already understand a little about the concept. Actually, you might know nothing about it and still follow along effortlessly. Not only did this particular book seem like it was high quality, but it also taught me essential aspects of daily life, and about this subject in particular, of course. So, it definitely deserves a few hard-earned stars.
