Her life took a detour through fast food and financial analysis, but she finally returned to her first love: writing. She now lives in sunny Florida, thinking up new ways to torture her characters while ordering room service at beachfront hotels and vowing to never go near a tent again.

She has recorded over three hundred titles spanning many genres and holds a bachelor's degree in English literature.
