I learn German by myself, trying to find good materials online, thus I encountered this audiobook, the text is plain, easy to understand for me, a beginner for 1 year self taught, I find that audio version is a good way to learn. actually to say, it is GREAT!

I listened to this audiobook over the course of about two months and I plan to listen to at least part of it again before an upcoming trip to Munich. This is because the quality of the audio and narration in this is much better than a lot of what is out there for studying purposes. It helps to hear a language being spoken at its natural pace and the pauses for glossary in between really break up the monotony of it.

I still really enjoy this audiobook. I bought it too early in my studies, but noticed that after a few months of individual practice I was able to work my way through the stories very well.
