Desperate times called for desperate measures, and I was desperate.

I snuck into strangers homes night after night.

It was for my daughter after all.

We were safe and had a warm bed to sleep in.

Unfortunately I picked the wrong house, stupid security cameras.

Most people would have me arrested.

Good thing Damon Christakos wasn’t like most people.

He offered me sanctuary and independence.
