Author bio - Katie Brown Sydney based Author, Katie Brown has been teaching yoga for more than 20 years. She is the Vice President of the IYTA (International Yoga Teachers' Association) and has created and presents the IYTA's Restorative Yoga Training as well as lecturing on the IYTA's world renowned Diploma of Yoga Teaching. Katie is a mum of three teenagers and a professional writer - she is the editor of the yoga magazine: International Light and a health and wellbeing journalist. She is also a qualified massage therapist and birthing assistant.
