I loved the book. There were so many magnificent divas represented and I thoroughly enjoyed reading their stories. It was great to get 25 music icons in one book to read about and they came from heaps of different genres. I had no idea some of them were so influential and one of them, who is a megastar and has been for many years, has not made been inducted into the Hall of Fame, even though she’s the only artist to ever have a Billboard hit on at least one chart for six consecutive decades. I couldn't believe it. It's a great book and I highly recommend it.

Wow, what a lineup! So fascinating to learn about these amazing women starting with Adele and moving through varying genres taking in all the greats with my fave Joni Mitchell topping the bill as far as I was concerned. Their amazing lives, not just their music careers, are covered and each chapter finishes with a 'Did you know?' section which mostly I didn't so it was a real journey of discovery for me. An extremely satisfying read or listen (it's a book and also available on audiobook where I listened to it). Highly recommended.

An inspiring book full of inspiring women! - I found this audiobook very interesting, inspiring, and well narrated! The author dives into the lives of a variety of leading women in music, which allows the reader to get to know them all better! I found some of the facts fascinating and noticed that most of the women are involved with charities and want to give back. Early in the book, the author mentioned that the music industry is one area where there is no discrimination against women - all that matters is your talent, which is very accurate! A very inspiring book, highly recommended!
