Simon R. Green was born in Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire, where he still lives. He is the New York Times bestselling author of more than fifty science fiction and fantasy novels, including the Nightside, Secret Histories, and Ghost Finders series, and four previous Ishmael Jones mysteries, The Dark Side of the Road, Dead Man Walking, Very Important Corpses, and Death Shall Come.
Steve West, the winner of many Audiofile Earphones Awards for narration, is an actor of international standing known for his appearances on London’s West End Stage. He has also appeared in film and in US and UK television shows.
