About this audiobook

This is a combination of a series of books. 15 short books, to be exact, which are divided into the following topics:

Topic 1: Personality disorders can be challenging. I personally know people who have some kind of disorder. It’s different when you interact with them. Not every moment, but the difference is in the details.

In this short guide, I will touch on various disorders that are more common than you may realize. This includes:

Schizoid disorders

Depressive disorders

Postpartum disorder

Topic 2: Many people have wondered what bipolar disorder is or what the symptoms are. While starting out with these simple facts, this guide goes much deeper into the subject. It covers a wide range of subtopics that will help you understand the nature of the disorder better.

Topic 3: What is cognitive behavioral therapy?

How is it used?

What can you achieve with such a form of treatment?

These and many other questions will be answered in this guide. Other topics will float to the surface, such as its use for boosting self-esteem, psychodynamic therapy, social healing, acceptance and commitment, misophonia, the Twelve Step Program, solutions for depression, and many others.

Topic 4: This guide will not leave you in the dark, however; it will talk about these topics and so much more, such as society’s changing view of the disorder, the ages of a borderliner, how they change identities and how medical diagnoses can vary, and the disorder across different races and the two genders.

11 other books will be included in this combo, so get ready for a great deal!

I was really surprised. And I tend not to always say this about each audio book. I am trying to point out something negative about this book, but I can't. It's simply too great. So without more exaggeration, I just think everyone needs to think of listening to it. I acknowledged a lot of the important things the author was discussing. Some things reviewed my head, but that's typical for any book that has actually been written by a genius.

Not bad in any way. I feel it's 1 of the greatest books on the market place. I am trying to mention one thing bad about this audio book, but I can't. It's just too good. So without any further exaggeration, I simply believe everyone must consider listening to it. The ideas from the author made a lot of sense to me. I agreed with all the things, and that's one other reason that I am so ecstatic about this audiobook. The writer did not randomly pick bits and pieces of bad suggestions, but rather, analyzed the statements enough.

The narrator's quality was great, and so was the writer's text. I 'd like each person to understand that I endorse this audiobook. Despite of the author's understanding about the idea, the storyteller was still the component I was most pleased with. This is what actually sold me on the writer's book.
