Arcadia now controls Leviathan, largest sea monster ever, one of the four Cardinal Constructs. If she’s to stop Minister Hoover and his ancient flying city from conquering the world, she’ll need all their power combined, and then some.

Of course, she’s likely to burn down a few cities along the way, and might just possibly throw her entire civilizations into chaos, but what’s a few calamities between friends?
