Overall the story was ok. I listened to the audible on 2X speed. I was not overly impressed. A few words were pronounced in the wrong tense. It would throw me off and pull me from the story. It is written to be a quick paced steamy read, and the author did just that. There is not a whole lot of depth to the story, no real connections with the characters formed. But it's enjoyable and spicy. For the story 3.5 stars. Spice 3.5. Audible experience 3.

Great book, but short read. I loved the character's backstories and the fast burn romance, but I feel like it was rushed. The narration was alright, but words were mispronounced and there was no inflection of emotion.

This was fine for a computer generated reading, but there were awkward pauses between some words, and the lack of emotion and voice modulation has really reinforced my preference for live actors doing the readings. Switched to read the ebook at Chapter 3.
