This was not what I was expecting. The setup read one way and then completely blew my mind. The concept was lovely. I really enjoyed the diverse character cast in this one. The look behind the curtains was wonderful. The world building as always is top notch. I like how they incorporated something that is going on in our world and goes into detail about how it does and does not impact this world. The plot was a very interesting one. I can’t wait to read more from this author.
