Between Sunset and Dusk

Her knowledge of a series of car fires has Doctor Trent Henson leaving the safety of her best friend’s car and stepping out into the dark deserted streets of the metropolis night. She stumbles onto the scene of an apparent carjacking, witnesses a murder and becomes a victim herself when, surprised by Trent’s sudden appearance, the carjacker turns his gun on her. Detective Tomás Langley is off duty, out of his district, and on his way home when he takes the call of shots fired that will forever change his life.
