Follow flight error... So, you can't just get updates on the website, no, that would be too easy. You're forced to install an app. And then that app takes over a minute to find the flight you're interested in, when the website finds it in under a second. And then you click on follow, and another minute later. 'Follow flight error'. Well done Schiphol. Wonderful customer service.

This app does not represent the actual situation. It will send a "baggage on belt" message x minutes after landing, if in reality the plane is still waiting to get connected to the gate due to technical issues. This makes the app useless if something unexpected happens and this is exactly where an app like this should be beneficial.

You cannot make reservations and pay for the valley parking, that is pretty bad. Will call tomorrow to make a telephone booking. When will the app makers learn to release apps only when they work and are fully functional, too often apps have bugs.
