Update: I paid for the app now it's charging more for extra tours! Totally disappointing. For individual items the app is just about passable, although some of the item descriptions are so short as to be almost worthless. For tours however the app is a total nightmare. It switches off on lockscreen, doesn't flow between rooms. The old audio tours the museum used to provide were amazing and worth paying for on each visit, this app is barely worth the £4,99 for lifetime use.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The Full Bundle for £4.99 provides lifetime access to the Museum’s permanent collection audio guides but does not include temporary exhibitions like Silk Roads, which are sold separately and available for a limited time. Best regards, Mobile Digital Team

I just wanted to see/hear the audio BEFORE going to the exhibition, so on my desktop computer but the only download offered on the website is for mobile phone. You are disenfranchising lots of potential visitors.

Ridiculous App. You can only download it with a British Account and all payment cards are rejected unless you use a BRITISH credit card. Utterly absurd for the largest collection of international art in the world.
