The Jaamo ParentApp gives parents access to the online platform of your childcare. You can view photos and read stories of your child during the daycare. Parents decide for themselves when they experience their child's experiences. The photos and stories can be viewed whenever it suits them. In addition, our app offers the possibility to place new requests or changes and send messages to their child's group.

Unfortunately needed to rate 1 star to write a review, there should be an option to give 0 stars. There are many things wrong with this app that supposed to help us parents communicate with our children organizations, but the one that upset me the most is that is it literally impossible to send a message to my child's teachers. I'm not able to see what I'm writing and if I decide to go back for controlling or spell check, the letters are all mixed up making it impossible to read.

Goedemiddag Kelly, vervelend dat je problemen ervaart met de app. Dat is inderdaad niet de bedoeling! Zou je ons een schermopname of printscreen willen sturen op '[email protected]' ? We streven ernaar de app te verbeteren en gebruiksvriendelijker te maken. Vriendelijke groeten, Jaamo

App has a MAJOR issue. On the first screen you are supposed to choose from a list but there's just white below the search box. Eventually I accidentally found a hidden place below the search box where you can swipe up/down to scroll the list into view and see 1 line at a time as if looking through a letterbox.

Wish I could rate less than 1 star for this app. Its the worst. I can't open the app at all. In the beginning I could open it only through the notifications but now nope I am start at the page which I suppose is supposed to be the login page. Simply Pathetic!!!
