It is an awful provider, DON'T USE IT. They try to hunt customers by making low-price offers then they ask you some questions to raise the monthly payment afterward. Out of nowhere in the 2nd month, they changed my payment policy to double from 55 to 112 euros per month to cover the full risk of my car. I made a complaint through customer service, but I was kept on hold for too long. They are too greedy. After lots of calls, the conclusion was: Sorry we cannot do anything and you have to pay.
