The app worked well when we traveled. However, we left Iceland and returned home and 4 months later we were charged automatically for the car we had rented. It should l not be possible for the app to charge us when we didn't register to park through the app and aren't even in the country anymore. Fix this issue.

The app is one of the main ways to pay for parking in Iceland. Unfortunately, it doesn't work, and it is very difficult to register credit cards from abroad on it. The company are uncontactable, and there is no other recourse should you be unable to pay through their frustrating, broken system. Don't use if you can possibly avoid it. A completely disfunctional garbage app that somehow is integral to the parking infrastructure in a largely car-based transport system.

Might be the worst parking app I've used. The ui is not intuitive at all and lacking basic functionality like "search". You have to scroll through until you find an image and name that match where you are -- you can't even select via the map. In most place it wound up being easier to pay via machine.
