Zero stars should be an option. Numerous crashes. Now it won't even open at all. No way to filter out messages by location. (Not looking for someone 2000+ miles away) Messages won't send/receive. Multiple reinstalls, still broken. I'd love to have my money back since it only worked for a few hours out of an entire month paid. Massive waste, proof that they paid off Forbes for a good review. Dev's advice was null. Won't even open at all. Worked for 12 hours. Complete and utter waste.

Terrible choice. I should've checked the ratings before wasting my money on a three month subscription. They won't even let you choose the gender you're looking for. When I emailed and told them, and asked to cancel my subscription, they did, but I don't get my money back. I'm stuck with them for three months. They said they'd change to the gender I requested, but they never did so a total waste . Weeks later, and now the app tells me I have no internet connection whenever I try to open it.

You can't even message unless you subscribe, so I've succumbed. There is no indication as to how long ago the profiles were online, meaning you could be messaging someone who hasn't used the app for months, leading to wasted time. Far too many 'A Zoozk Member' which are clearly bot accounts. Update: I came back after some time away from the app, and NOTHING HAS CHANGED!! Same accounts and still no way of telling if they're are even active!!!
