The xplora app would be great if it were more reliable. Almost every refresh says "unable to update location" and then about 75% of the time it will actually update immediately after. Text messages are always delayed, sometimes by up to an hour. I've also seen it misreporting location by many miles for an hour at a time before finally snapping back. All of these seem related to server side problems with the service. Voice phone calls with the watch are always flawless.

YOUR APP RUNS SO INSANELY SLOW!!! Quick texts to be sent from the watch are really limited!! A wider variety of text messages are definitely needed!! How about the ability to add certain phrases?? Fix these please, then I might change my rating. :( Update 25.11.2024: app runs a bit faster; thanks for that. HOWEVER, I have sent a conflict report at least four times regarding the watch's location always showing an old address and not where the watch currently is!

The app never updates my conversations unless I back out and open it again. If I switch back to the app and I'm in a text conversation, it just sits there until I go to the main menu and open the conversation back up. It's horrible QOL. Notifications are slow or buggy. I would also like to see granular controls on me letting people text my child without needing the app. Give me the option, don't just flat out block it. Also, allow me to let other kids text my kid if they also have an xplora.
