Waste of time to play this on your smartphone. The game just keeps getting bigger and bigger with every update and is actually more suited for devices with more space than is generally available on your phone. Even on the lowest quality settings it will still have lots of lag and crashes during playing which makes the game generally unplayable actually.

Made a purchase when my wifi connection dropped. Could not find the items after restarting. My purchase was successful. Contacten support and their reaction was fast and very polite. They confirmed the payment and that the item are delivered. They pointed me to the right location. Noob panic! Game is gorgeous and fun, but support and trustworthiness are just as important.

Don't misunderstand me, the game is pretty good and so is the story of all the characters. I am rating the account management and customer service. I know from previous bad ratings that I am not the only one having account sign in errors (specially with Facebook), but this is a recurring theme where if you tried to sign in, you will get error messages that state that the app's service is disabled and that it's developers know of it, Customer service will just ghost you, if you complain about it.
