VIDAA Smart TV

Works okay but some functions don't seem to work. Can't turn the TV on from standby or when turning on at the wall from turning off overnight. Some other controls don't seem to work like the hold up to go to the top of the media center. Although some TV functions need fixing in the TV software, the media player is so slow to pick up media on a usb device and sometimes takes a few times to register and it's so slow. The guide can't go back so you can see shows that have finished.

I've used the app for almost a year now Great 👌 job to the developers. No more replacing of the remote battery. The AP even turns my TV on, takes seconds to connect and I don't have to worry about losing the remote in or under the sofa or even when the remote is too far. Thanks guys.

Hisense Q85 Australia - appstore no longer hosts remote now, tv 3 years old tops. Google Home inconsistent connection to vidaa/remote now, this app doesn't recognise TV. So by poorly communicated choices between vendors, customers lose. I received 3 emails from vida to Hisense and back asking me to redirect my support assistance. No. Fix what you broke. I'm not emailing another person on this. GOOGLE support is your benchmark, go ask them how they support. Stark contrast.
