1. Constantly locks me out and I have to sign in again, no option to change the time out length. 2. Screen buttons don't fade out after tapping screen, have to tap again to brighten screen up. 3. Playback speed controls need to be much finer, at least in 10% increments, better 5... 25% is crazy and often too fast! 4. No option to use biometrics to login! 5. Often can't login at all due to "technical issues". And and and... Amazing content and I use the website a lot but the app needs work!

Ever since they changed to using a code in place of password, logging in has been a frustrating experience. This morning I have been waiting for an hour to get a code sent on phone or laptop, have submitted multiple requests, but no luck. This has happened a few times now. Please fix this issue or provide multiple ways to log in.

not sure whose problem this is but it is useless when using with chrome cast, the app doesn't sync up correctly with its chrome cast counterpart edit: I'm not talking about some courses not being available at all because of security measures, (which they aren't indeed for unclear reasons; which is odd in the first place and further diminishes the use of this app), but courses that ARE available also not playing back correctly, not starting at the episode I select in the app via its Chromecast counterpart. The handshake of the pair doesn't seem to be functioning correctly.

Hi Pepijn, due to certain platform security measures, the casting option may not be available for all courses. You can continue to take your courses by logging into Udemy.com and watching them on a desktop, laptop, or your mobile device's screen. You can also view the course on your mobile device's screen via the Udemy mobile app. Thanks!
