Tried switching from the website to this App. The website is great - well done web team. The App is unusable, by which I mean it literally doesn't work - it loses association with the booking while searching hotels, and (I might be going mad, but) did it refuse to load *anything* until I dismissed the initial 'Welcome' toast message..?! This is basic state management. As a mobile dev myself: Come on mobile team, go native and do better. If nothing else, where's your QA process at?

I can't even make a hotel booking. I got support to book for me and it doesn't even show up on my trip. Support is also terrible. I asked to upgrade my seat which I would pay for. They said I was unable to upgrade when the system clearly showed there was an option for Premium economy. It took me 4 support reps until finally one was able to help me.

The user experience for 1 person booking is fine but for groups, it is very confusing. Product managers of this app need get some logic here. You can create an event but you cannot book a hotel for participants in this event. On top of this, the support is extremely slow, I've been spending my whole day on the phone and on the chats with them! but it is normal if every group booking needs to be done via the support team and one by one.
