Here's a sample message: "Hello Ludo Star Support Team, I'm writing to report an issue with daily dice rewards on new IDs. Despite meeting the requirements, I'm not receiving the daily dice rewards on my new account. I've experienced this issue consistently, and it's affecting my gameplay experience. Could you please look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible? I'd appreciate it if you could also provide a solution or workaround to ensure I receive my daily dice rewards.

The algorithm is not fair. The odds are not as it is in the real life scenarios. It bacame so predictable when the person will be receiving 6 and when there'd be small numbers. The code relativity isn't proper and I can assure that it's somehow biased towards certain conditions (whatever they're supposed to be) which is not how it works in the real life. Also, there are so many (numerous) reviews which states the same, so instead of giving a fixed answer, it'd be better to recheck what's wrong.

One of the best gaming I've ever seen, I've been playing for the past 5 years,, but for some time the gaming app seems a bit cray, money seems a bit disturbing, eg gaming hangs, crashing again, other minor issues like Feeling more annoyed,, never happened before,, will you look at the problem a little? thanks''
