The app is great and useful, but sometimes the map isn't mapping.. I choose the location at the LRT Cikunir 1, but it always changed to jl. caman raya number *** (not the real location of lrt) so i had a little argument with the driver because of not the precise location, and also, the drivers call didn't get into me. Please fix this, it feels uncomfortable too, to take a taxi after having an argument.

I used to be very happy with the bluebird app but during the latest updates they have removed the option to cancel the ride. At the same time it will sometimes assign you cars that are far away and you have no way to refuse so you are stuck waiting for it, while before in those cases you could cancel and take one from the street. I recommend removing automatic payment options (I have just done this and will not change it back till they add an extra option where I can refuse the proposed taxi)

Good app and mostly reliable drivers. Some drivers will cancel the ride while you're getting into the car. Then try to persuade you to do an EasyRide or pay cash (and take an unnecessary detour). Meanwhile, if you don't pay close attention, the app has already found you a new driver who will be trying to find you (and waste his time). Bad for the customer, bad for the second driver and bad for Bluebird's reputation. EasyRide following cancelation by driver should be blocked to stop this.
