My Purrfect Cat Hotel

I really do like this game, however I am rather upset. The main portion of this game, the synthesis mini game, is majorly bugged. It has now happened to me on 4 separate occasions my emitters (what gives you the items to combine) have disappeared when I close the game, and these are not easy to get back. I have tried contacting the customer service email and I got no response. I love this game but this is seriously upsetting

The game is very cute and fun. I paid to remove ads, and it seems like some of the rewards are now unobtainable? I currently have a daily tasks asking me to collect fish from the fountain, but it no longer fills. Also, in the rewards section there are a list of things you can get from watching ads, and I simply can't access them.

Most recent update fixed issues with orders for synthesizer board. However, having orders that require the top tier items from multiple sources is a little frustrating especially when it's the exercise equipment which requires you to spawn multiple items, then combine those, and only then you can start getting the stuff you need. To top it off you still only get 1-2 stars for those orders. It needs to be a little more level for the products you need vs the rewards.
