For almost 2 months now there is no new level in the Vineyard Valley game and the message kept saying new levels will be loaded every 2 weeks which did not happen. When can you fix it and why provide false info? Also, I reached out to Netflix support... very poor service, with a certain Ashish telling me to contact the developer or play another game. Dissapointing to hear this from Netflix.

The game takes a lot of tools to play, unless you want to play the exact game over and over praying for a free moves FYI the latter does pop up but it will try to get your out of a pickle at the worst hand moments! Extremely rare for it to help. Very sad as the game is awesome and story line I love. But they don't support enough tools to be won to really enjoy it. Can be extremely frustrating

This game has a good premise and the puzzles are fun to solve. However, the graphics are outdated and generally pretty bad, especially when humans are concerned. I always end up putting my thumb over her face, she freaks me out, the look is definitely uncanny valley. A lot of annoying animations in between screens, wish I could skip them. Oh and when I say skip the cut scene, why do you keep sending me to more cutscenes? Or can I turn "story mode" cutscenes off completely?
