Very bad experience, I opened a ticket for that the delevery took too much time, then they close the ticket, when the food come one item was miasing but didn't found an option to open new ticket, they made just one issue ticket by order this was the 2nd experience, in the first experience they didn't mention the delevery price before confirming the order , I ordered an item with price 11 sar, but when I validate I found that the total price is 45sar and there is no option to cancel the order!!!

Very bad experience with the app, I was not able to use any of international creditcards to pay and the app doesn't check card before processing the order, it places order then in a loop, I can't pay and can't cancel order I tried to contact support and all automatic generic replies, not sure what I can do , and my order is in limbo! Not tourist friendly, All my cards are from Australia and keep showing Bin blacklisted! , other apps or shops in Riyadh works perfectly fine except this app

1: My biggest problem is the delivery men who always have problems with visa payments ... i totally understand their point, but MARSOOL needs to solve this problem for them .. sometimes, the order is canceled or reassigned because the delivery man doesn't want the visa payment. 2: lack of delivery fees transparency: delivery fees are defined at the time of preparing the order, but when u proceed and place the order, u find the delivery fees increase by at least 20%! 3: user interface is awful!
