App takes forever to load. I keep getting "encryption failed" for about a week now. So I can't check my cameras at all. Constant adds at the top of the screen now, as well. If you bought these cameras, I would highly recommend returning them. They're also a pain in the arse to get to connect upon setup. I changed my wifi password and one camera will never connect again. I've been trying for a year. Definitely don't buy these. They're terrible.

Currently not working. I tried uninstalling then re-downloading & still the screen is buffering with Constructing Encryption Channel message. I tried a few times today, & no luck. Also, it would be nice to have a faster playback setting, like playback ร2 ร5 ร10 speed. It's such a drag to have to sit & watch in real time, second by second, to find the exact moment of something. I have 2 camera & both of them are defective. One misses the sound & the other misses the movements.

Your app is all kinds of screwed up color wheel is unaccessible on my devices, nothing happens when you press scene anymore It doesn't change screens, can't even turn it off with the app. You can't do anything with the app now. This is it. This is your last straw I'm 100% done with you I have already previously removed 8 devices and you messed it up once again, I will be removing every geeni device tomorrow morning I'm done with you I've had it
