LATAM Airlines

App works OK, but the data layout and navigation is all over the place. Some screens show discrepancies in information such as how many bags are allowed and seat assignments. It seems that some screens show info related to your specific reservation and fare, while the following screens in the flow show generic information, creating a lot of confusion and misinformation.

Changed my flight to an earlier one, so I have a 12 hour wait for my connection. Had the option to accept or cancel it. How am I supposed tobtake my intercontinental flight. To top it off got a middle seat. Check in is a joke. The app doesn't work, cant book there. The search just goes on, without ever a result for a flight. I tried the browser and there I finis with "por motivos de seguridad" I can't pay for my tickets. No explanation why. lLatam does anything so people couldn't fly with them

I keep on trying to book a flight and everytime it lets me go all the way to checkout and THEN says "ticket for this flight not available" THEN don't let me choose it maybe?! I've done this not even exaggerating 17 times straight now. And that keeps popping up at the end. Very time consuming and not letting me buy a ticket. I'm very dissapointed with this app right now.
