Love the idea of the app. The problem is, I'm assuming, that the individual hotels do not stay up to date with maintenance. I've experienced this at different locations, but the Hampton Inn in Fond du Lac, WI has got to be worst. Doors are hit or miss whether they work with the app, and when it's below zero and you have to walk all the way around the hotel because the front lot was full, and the app didn't work, it makes a guy pretty damn crabby. Fix the bugs & I'll fix the rating.

Room for Improvement: "Chat with Us" I like the app overall, but the "Chat with Us" feature could be better. It's really just a chatbot, which is fine, but it should be called something like "Chat with our Virtual Assistant" to avoid confusion. My biggest issue is with leaving feedback. It makes you go outside the app to fill out a web form, which is a pain on mobile. Since I'm already logged in, it would be much easier to submit feedback directly within the app. Hoping to see some improvements

Overall a good app with a clean design and easy access to your stay info. I would like to have seen more details around restaurant and bar opening times and menus within the app itself. Also so far my experiences with digital key have been less than ideal so this feature perhaps needs some work
