Downloaded because free with Revolut. Not impressed at all. It gave me 4 choices of things I want to work on. Arms, chest, glutes or abs. No back? No legs? No shoulders? Then your forces to choose between EITHER barbells or dumbells or bodyweight even though most programs combine all. A bizarrely bad fitness app. I also clicked back once to change something on the previous page,and it sent me all the way back out, so I had to start again (which i chose not to. I would be sickened if I had paid

As most; looking for an app to exercise during the lockdown and this app seems to have a lot of options, but every training only consists of max 5-6 different exercises and repeats them 10 times. This makes the training extremely boring if you ask me. Also I need to let the app know each time I finish a exercise, so I'm touching my phone every 30 seconds which i find annoying. I would prefer to evaluate afterwards and let the virtual trainer know the exercise was too fast or too slow.

The app has improved dramatically with the newer versions. Not only is the interface more modern and user-friendly, but the exercises changed and the variety of options increased. I left a 3-star review but now I updated it to 4. For the personal coach feature, I wish they had a filter where the user could select if the workout should last 30 min/45 min/1h as I don't always have 1h of free time to exercise.
