Very heavy pay-to-win mechanics. "PVP" is severely outmatched. Gaining additional slots for a new character is hard to come by. If you choose to pay for upgrades, they are extremely overpriced. Any useful upgrade packs cost from $30-$50. You can play the story mode and replay it. The difficulty will go up, and reward points go down, making it pointless.

Really addictive, good game with a lot marvel superheroes! I just have a little issue I think it can be quickly resolved. Sometimes between turns and without character effects, tile physics, and play effects once per match checked, it takes A LOT for enemy's turn to end. If there was an option that makes turns faster it would be much better.

I'm updating my review after 2 1/2 years. As a long term player with some money to spend I have advanced into the more elite levels. Recently the devs took away a free option and started charging for it, so I am reconsidering staying. For serious players it's already expensive so this move was unfortunate. I still enjoy the game and the variations of characters and abilities are endless. Keeping the 4* rating for now but depending on the response may downgrade it.
