This is a terrible app. Very hard to update one's info. The app keeps taking you to playstore even after updating. And there's no option to manually submit a document like a passport without doing it directly on the app. What if my camera is not clear enough, can't I snap with another's and upload to the app? The app feels like a beta project if you ask me. It takes a very very very long time for it to load and go to the next page on the app. I have been on this issue for about a week.

I just registered on this app a few weeks back. I have made three different deposits, but I wanted to make a withdrawal yesterday and there was a problem. I completed the whole withdrawal process, input my bank and details, it was successful from the app, but the money haven't reflected in my bank account. And to make things worse, they have a very bad customer service. I have sent emails but no replies. I have DM on X but no answers. I won't advise anyone to use the app.

Their dollar exchange rate is too high comparing to some other online payments app. Otherwise, it's a great app. I've been using it for payment online for a year plus now, and I haven't in a time experience any issue.
