I'm assuming last update was a fail. I'm having same issues others are mentioning. I can't hook up new echos since moving, and the ones I had already managed to setup keep saying unresponsive in the app even after completing setup. I have to keep setting them up over and over. This is getting ridiculous. The app used to be so user-friendly. Now, it's hard to manage the various devices and find settings for all when the internet does go down. Frustrating for the amount we've spent on our system.

Do not recommend. Unable to create an account due to the method of assigning security. I have completed the puzzle 3 times, and still it tells me I did it incorrectly. Frustrating, as there is no other option to complete setting up the account. Worse, at times the puzzle has 2 very close options - neither of which is correct (a degrees in either side of the correct direction), and therefore it becomes a guessing game. Therefore, the app is inaccessible. Hate to imagine how hard the app is to use

I'm using an older device. It was a bit of a challenge to connect to the ap and wifi. However, with a bit of patience, it is connected and is working wonderfully. I really like this app. I also have it set to be an alarm and reminder. I can ask alexa to make a grocery list or pretty much any kind of reminder. this is my first kind of alexa, so if there are others, I can not compare, but I really like this one!
