You were the best bank application for me until I switched to Android! The lack of focus on this platform makes Android users stop using your services! Honestly it's so annoying to use a flagship phone and have a laggy experience in the app just by scrolling up and down and navigating between screens. Not to mention screwing up the most simple thing (dimensions); some components are out of frame. Plus, I had to enable the light mode experience since the full mode is full of glitches and crashes

Very bad experience! I made an international purchase, and the value was deducted from my account on 17th November. I still have the same value pending in my account (booked entry alert) . This pending value made my balance negative. It means that since 17th November, I can not use debit cards, online purchases, withdrawals, and nothing. It's stange, unbeliveable, that the bank block your account by this way. Totally disappointed.

Sorry, very bad experience with alrajhi bank application, it is unreliable, it has many problems and malfunctions, especially at critical times when you want to perform an operation quickly, it keeps freezing and lagging and all the problems of the application appear at once, in short, it cannot be relied upon .. thanks
