Warning: Avoid downloading the Airtel app at all costs! I'm sharing my frustrating experience with this app, and I don't want you to fall into the same trap. Work on the UX, This app doesn't allow for input of OTP. It waits for it to detect it. They should be option for manual input. My Sim slot is filled, and the airtel sim is in my second phone. And I can't input the OTP. It's a very bad UX. There is no option for transaction history in your app. This should have been included for users to see their history in the past months even if is for 30 or 90 days.

The app doesn't work when your data is done, but the My MTN app works whether you have data or not. So incase you run short of data, yet u want data plus which can only be got from my Airtel app, you have to recharge data manually or get hotspotted by another person first, Which is quite disturbing. Tho the My Airtel app has nice offers. I recommend it
