As a blind user of this app, making a GoFundMe was extremely difficult to say the least. Not only was I kicked out repeatedly, but when I attempted to add additional photos and videos, it required that I use tools that someone who can see would use to edit and crop the photos and/ or videos before allowing me to post them and I couldn't even post them because of the accessibility issues with GoFundMe compatibility with TalkBack

Went to sign in. Email and password, no problems. Then they want to "confirm" by texting a code to a number I don't have access to. The process to change it is ABSURD. Playing email tag all day trying not to miss it after the last one was "expired" as soon as I opened it, after waiting hours to even receive it.

Fantastic I am now locked out of my account thanks to your bad design on the app, can't log in because of new number change this year can't recover my account because of new number change thanks for that and nowhere to reset any personal details and no way to log in without the old and dead SIM card surely you didn't do this on purpose to justify stealing donations from people's accounts once they have been inactive long enough I mean that would be FRAUD right? So it can't be that yeah?. 😡
