Signed up for what I understood as $29.99 for 3 months. Instead I was charged $29.99 each month. Upon emailing support I was told it's what I had signed up for. Who would choose to pay $29.99 per month when, as stated within the app itself, the monthly fee option is $14.99 and annual is $59.99 - far better than $359.88. Be careful. I did enjoy the app and would have continued it for any of the listed fees but the support person offered no such option, leaving me to cancel out of principle.

An appealing and simple-to-navigate interface with great exercise animations. But, on setting up the app, I indicated that I'm a beginner and I would like my workouts to be no longer than 45min. I got a hardcore plan with twelve exercises for each workout day, with 3-4 sets and 5 reps for each exercise. I asked ChatAi several times to adjust my plan accordingly, which should be done within 24hours, as specified by the AI, but 48 hours later, there were still no changes for me to approve.

Since taking payment after the free trial, the app doesn't work. Cleared cache, now goes to a new quiz, unable to finalise the AI plan so I can cancel. App is a good concept but there is no support, unable to modify training, glitchy, unable to save workout progress with throws stat's out. Cancel my sub and refund my payment.
