A bug-ridden barely maintained app. Streams stop playing for no reason. Shows then can't be restarted because the app thinks you've exceeded the play limit. App is unresponsive when connected to Chromecast, no way to spell search results etc. 2025 edit: years have passed and no improvements. More concerning, recently loads of 5* reviews have appeared. Seriously looks like fake reviews. All saying the same and saying nothing. And all liked by multiple people. This is not a 4.5* app.

I think I've updated this review 3 times now, same issues for over 5years. It's mostly useless over android. Forever crashing and buffering! No issues with SoundCloud, Qobuz etc. Has anyone got a recommendation for an alternate with similar content? Clearly updating the android app is not a priority. Oh, let's see the response "look out for updates coming soon" blah blah blah

My favorite music app, thanks for enabling the dark mode in this latest system update, it's deeply appreciated. Keep up the wonderful work in all the work done on the app in the last couple of years. An issue I'm encountering is synching activities when the Mixcould is used via desktop and on mobile platform, there tends to be missing data between the two and it takes a while for the two to be synched but otherwise love it. All the appreciated despite complaints.
