GREENKETO is not just a mobile application, it is a whole ecosystem of ready-made support with doctors and offline clubs in cities.

The individually calculated BJU in the menu is selected for you after filling out the questionnaire, so that you reach your goal quickly and safely. Goals can be to lose weight or improve your health. The app has a menu with a strict list of products for weight loss, weight maintenance and health (500+ recipes), an expanded menu with more vegetables (100+ recipes) and a Mediterranean LCHF menu with some fruits and grains (1000+ recipes). The menu database is regularly updated with new recipes. There is also a small section with safe desserts and soups.

On this project, you will be accompanied by a personal live assistant, regular broadcasts with highly specialized doctors (endocrinologist, gynecologist, nutritionist), monthly broadcasts with a psychologist - a specialist in the field of eating disorders, and a general practitioner on duty on weekends in the application chat.

The application also has its own chat - community and offline meetings in cities for support and motivation; inside you will find training, cooking master classes and much other useful material.

In the app for review, you can find a package of free recipes in the “Materials” section. The paid version of the application has one entrance fee and then a small monthly payment, or payment immediately for a year without linking a card (autopayment will not be debited)
