Latest update freezes App and video stream Surprise! Requires internet will NOT work with wifi only. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to actually use the Playback feature to find the relevant snippet of motion detect. Can you just simply click on the motion detection notification in the list to see the video? NO!! Did they REMOVE the timestamps of interest to you from the Playback feature? YES! Are there ANY useful Playback controls like fast forward? NO!! Latest update adds their logo over your picture.

Update 2024. Camera stopped working unless we were on the same network. Now 6+ months later I can't get it to connect. It keeps saying there is an encryption failure. The motion sensor works but I can't log in to view anything. It's running on a 2.4ghz wifi and is near the router, and I'm using a Google pixel 7...all software & firmware is up-to-date. Very disappointed...Great little bot. We use it mostly to visually monitor a thermometer inside an industrial building, not so much for movement.

Doesn't detect everything even though settings are on high! Sometimes, it doesn't want to load. And you can't watch the cloud storage playback videos after 6 pm until the next morning! Because it says failed to load! This has been going on for months and still hasn't been fixed!! Use to be a great camera and app. Customer service is ridiculous bc you have to talk to a bot. Buying a roku bc it works like it's supposed to ! If I could give 0 stars I would.
