Didn't receive rewards on the Thanksgiving day event and didn't get the help I needed. I completed an event and I used real cash to do it. When I logged back in to collect all I was told was that the event was over and never received the grand prize of 19 spins which would have granted me more chances for diamonds and high energy. Whe. I asked for help I just got a basic answer through the game and no further help. On level 35 thinking of deleting over this.

Pros: It's a merge game; I like merge games. I like the different chapters and such. Cons: I no longer get to watch videos for *anything*. The side quest event things use the same energy as the main board. (Every other game I've ever played offer EVENT energy for events; they don't screw their players over like that.) After 3 days now of not being able to watch videos for things, I'm out.

It's fun for a bit but the ads are misleading; the ads make it seem like there's some sort of story but there isn't. I love Merge Games like Love & Pies because they offer a payoff for the merging that you do. You unlock more plot. What's the point of even playing if there isn't a story to play for?
