This system is amazing and we love it. We have used it since our little one was 6 months old. He is now 3 and we still use it. We love that we can choose lullabies or story books to play while he is sleeping. The camera goes off if he gets out of bed,sits up in bed or starts making noises. It has great picture quality even at night.

Very poor customer service. Sent multiple requests for assistance and only get auto replies that someone will be in contact. Nobody contacts you. Scrapped my subscription because of that. And messages stating "the wearable is offline" is tiresome while the device is obviously on and charged fully and connected. Very frustrating devices and apps. Give it a pass of you can.

After almost two years with this camera I'm finally throwing it out. It randomly disconnects from everything, wifi and the monitor that comes with it. You can't reconnect it without going in and manually pairing it with your phone which will wake your kid up (I have a wifi plug so I can power off and on remotely, but that doesn't work). Tech support is useless. All the app does is try to sell you premium. Do yourself a favour and buy a different brand first so you don't have to buy it later.
