I've been playing for about 6 months, and I really love the game play. I have finally got star rider for the winter update, however I'm finding it difficult to play and enjoy the game: chats won't work properly, fame rate gets low, game crash often, and lagging. I understand there are more people on for the festival, but it's unplayable to the point I haven't been able to complete daily quests. I'm really considering submitting a refund, losing my account at this point. WIFI connection is good.

Very slow play, I haven't been able to get very far into it because of the lag and unresponsiveness. This game doesn't seem to pair well with my mobile device. For me to talk to a person I have to tap the person anywhere between 1 to 20 times before the game realises I'm trying to talk to them. In the dialogue I have to again tap several times just to get it to move the the next dialogue. I tried to look for graphics settings or anything to help my device deal with the game but nothing helps.

Well, I was having fun. Thanks for completely blindsiding me there's a 3ish day free trial before you lose the entire map without paying. Looked for where it would've told me that and you're not even open about that in your description, and nothing about it on google besides push for the paid trial of 1 month. Well, guess Im losing 24+hrs of play (Im sick whatelse can I do) because I dont want to be on a subscription. Cancel anytime doesn't actually matter when you can't even be honest up front.
