The apps been great for me until the past few weeks. I'll spend ages editing a new listing or re-editting an old and it doesn't save what I do. So I have to redo every part of editing multiple times until it's worked which takes a lot of my time up and it's frustrating. It's done the listing twice on a few occasions aswell. Too many glitches or bugs going on. Please fix this! Thanks.

The app in general is good. But they just made a change overnight where the buyers receipt is now on a separate page. This is super annoying as a business owner because I can't immediately see if the purchaser added on additional shipping without clicking through on every single receipt. It was much better when all of the customer information and what they paid was on the same page.

This app is decent, but its usability has room for improvement when it comes to multiple items in one order, where printing from my phone is partially functional at best, requiring me to use my computer instead. Etsy team, I'm confident you can improve this and would be ecstatic when you do! Thank you!
