1) App does not show connected device in one of the main screens, only in Settings, which is confusing, leading one to think it forgot the connection 2) App asks questions about which data to preserve when scale and app are out of sync. This is silly, 80's style functionality, it should ask no question and just do the obvious thing. 3) Scale and app, after successfully setting up when new, mostly never connect. I have to jump through all sorts of hoops, randomly turning Bluetooth off and on, restarting the app, switching the scales on again (( because it turns off after what feels like 1,37s), etc. 4) The app only "supports" a ridiculously limited set of devices, which is /not/ how Android, or an app, or support for an app should work. That's a disgrace.

This is the worst app in the world. I'm going to return my scale, because of this stupid app. It refuses to connect via Bluetooth to the app. The scales tries to pair with my phone, but if I allow it to pair the app can't find the scale. If I don't allow it to pair it will sometimes detect the scale, but most times it won't until I clear the cache on the Bluetooth app, and even then it only works sometimes. It has made weighing myself so difficult that I've stopped weighing myself.

Very user unfriendly app and scale. It is a tedious process to add scale, users and configuration. After 30 minutes of errors, disconnecting scales, disappearing profiles and scales I kind of gave up. Might try again in a week or so. Very disappointed with this.
