the app has major issues. first, there is definitely no cancel option if i want to change my payment method. then the list of previous orders aren't removed automatically after many days have past. finally, the registration of ID's for discount was too strict, especially if it was rejected due to some information not included in the ID. although the app has the support chat, it still wasn't enough to satisfy the customers.

Ordered everything I need, but when it came to checking out, the option to finally submit order is grayed out, cannot make it to work. There is an option for credit card, but no prompt to enter card details. Wasted my time, not to mention, still hungry.

Absolutely garbage service. They send delivery drivers that don't know the location of the address despite inputting all the necessary information. The drivers NEVER show up with change and then say "Can you not provide exact change?" Despite me requesting change for a certain amount. The packaging of the food is almost never secured, so you will lose more than half of your beverage during transit. There is no point wasting your money on this app. Throw your pesos directly in the trash instead.
