I gave this app a try, it said it was a free app. It's not. It's free for 7 days. Very misleading. I liked the free version access. It had a few issues, wouldn't track my steps and when you enter your food, they never have the brand you listed. But you can scan the bar code, which is helpful. Just disappointed they falsely advertised a free app.

Hi, our app offers a 7-day free trial, and an expiration reminder will appear on the Daily page when the trial begins. Currently, the step count is synchronized with Google Fit. You can enable it via "Mine > Settings > Sync to Google Fit". We’re also working to expand our food database to include a wider variety of options. Please stay tuned!

Love it. Too expensive (45usd for the year, should have been 20). Essentially it's a timer app. Should have had some tiers because there are bunch of features I don't use like water logging, food logging, steps. Even with those it's super expensive. Just need a timer and plans and reading resources. But app works great and I have used it in my free trial.

Super easy to use, and modify to your type of diet or lifestyle. I dont get notifs encouraging me to diet more which I greatly appreciate and in my first week I was able to drop 4lbs. I never leave reviews but truly would recommend this app for people looking for some help when it comes to fasting, step counting, water intake and caloric intake. it scans any barcode and immediately inputs the food facts or you can add your own! ( also, its free! [so far, one week in] )
